A Taste of What’s Coming

Questions that stop you.
In the best possible way.

Eight of your 52 prompts — one from each of the major themes woven through the year.

Week 05 · Q1Self-Trust

“Describe a time you trusted your own instincts and were right. What did that feel like? What stops you from trusting yourself that fully more often?”

→ Trust is a muscle. This prompt is your warm-up.

Week 16 · Q2Becoming

“Describe the woman you are growing into. Not a fantasy — a felt sense. How does she move through the world? What has she stopped apologising for?”

→ Write in present tense, as if she already exists. She does.

Week 28 · Q3Truth

“What is one true thing about yourself that you have been reluctant to say out loud, even in a journal? Write it here. Then write why naming it matters.”

→ The things we won’t say hold more power than the things we will.

Week 36 · Q3Prayer

“Write a letter to whatever you call the divine, the universe, or the source of your strength. Tell it honestly where you are, what you need, and what you’re grateful for.”

→ There is no wrong way to write this letter. Just be honest.

Week 08 · Q1Healing

“Where in your life is healing quietly happening right now, even slowly? What evidence do you have that something is moving in the right direction?”

→ Healing doesn’t announce itself. Look gently.

Week 22 · Q2Forgiveness

“Is there something you have not yet forgiven yourself for? Write about it honestly — not to justify it or undo it, but to acknowledge it with compassion.”

→ Self-forgiveness is not about forgetting. It’s about releasing the weight.

Week 41 · Q4Enough

“Write about a moment this week when you were, simply, enough — not performing, not achieving, not managing — just present and whole. What did that feel like?”

→ Enough is already true. The practice is believing it.

Week 52 · Q4Wholeness

“You have arrived at the end of a year of reflection. Write about who you are right now — honestly, warmly, completely. Not who you were. Not who you’re becoming. Who you are.”

→ This is the most important prompt of the year. Take your time.

You Write. You Grow.

You journal for five minutes — or fifty. Either is right. Over 52 weeks, the accumulation becomes something you didn’t expect: a clearer, more grounded version of yourself.

“The things we write down become more real than the things we only think. That is why journaling changes you.”
